The property was conveniently located near the University of Manchester, the Greater Manchester Police Museum, and the Whitworth Art Gallery. Towels were provided, a lifesaver when you forget to pack them.

Was it too much to ask for unicorns in the backyard and a butler to serve me tea? Disappointing.

It was fairly clean and looked modern.

As a frequent traveler, I find the convenience of the nearest airport being just 14 km away from the property to be a major plus. This made it an ideal choice for a short transit stay during my trip. the proximity to Manchester City Center, just a 10-minute drive away, offered a great opportunity to explore the vibrant city.

The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were major drawbacks. From overflowing bins and debris in the courtyard to dirty towels, worktops, and even hairs on the bed sheets, the level of cleanliness left much to be desired.

The apartment at Rutland House was awesome! It had 4 bedrooms and a flat-screen TV, perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for me to whip up some quick meals. And having a washing machine was a lifesaver!

Only downside was the tumble dryer. Personally, I didn't find it very efficient.

The accommodation was very roomy and tidy, located incredibly close to the city center and train station.

The house was clean, tidy, and easily accessible to central Manchester. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliances were all in good working order. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, addressing our heating concerns promptly. The open living area with lots of light was a great feature, and the spacious bedrooms had plenty of storage space.

Felt very secure, no reason to complain.

I keep coming back because I lost my keys once, as a regular guest they helped me find them. The place suits me perfectly with amenities like dryer, flat-screen TV. Coming back for trip.

Oh, where do I begin? Let's just say I wouldn't recommend this place if you're a fan of properly functioning showers, lights, Wi-Fi, or basic cooking facilities.

The open living area with lots of light coming in from the back yard was incredible. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the ample space to hang jackets and store shoes in the downstairs bedroom, which kept everything neat and organized.

One drawback was that the shower head struggled to remain in place if moved slightly, but the water pressure and temperature were perfect. Additionally, the area in which the property is located did not make us feel safe, so we had to park our car 30 minutes away.

The location of the property was in a quiet area, making it ideal for a peaceful city break. The availability of parking spaces nearby was also a plus, ensuring that we didn't have to go through the hassle of finding parking. The house itself was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the provision of good Wi-Fi and TV, along with easily adjustable heating, made our stay even more enjoyable.

We did experience some issues during our stay. The area surrounding the property did not feel safe, resulting in us having to park our car far away to ensure its security.
